Fees in USD are based on the calculation of 1 USD = ¥160 and are subject to change on the actual transaction date.

- For final confirmation of your student registration, a proof of status (an official letter written in English by the Head of the University on official University letterhead) should be submitted.
The Congress Secretariat reserves the right to allocate your registration to the appropriate category in case we do not receive the proper documentation.
REGISTRATION ENTITLEMENTS

- Admittance to Opening Ceremony ＆ Welcome Reception
- Admittance to all sessions
- Admittance to exhibition
- Congress documentation and abstract book (electronic)
- Certificate of Attendance (electronic)
- Coffee – refreshments during official Congress’ breaks
REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All registration fees are quoted in Yen (￥).
PAYMENT DETAILS
Only credit card payment is accepted (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, JCB).
CANCELLATION
Cancellation and Alternation Policy
Cancellation of your registration must be sent in writing by e-mail to reg-iffs2025@c-linkage.co.jp, and will be subject to the following conditions:
(i) Until November 30, 2024: 80% of the registration fee will be refunded
(ii) Between December 1, 2024 and January 31, 2025: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
(III) After February 1, 2024: No refund applies
All refunds will be processed within two (2) months after the end of the IFFS2025. Bank charges will be deducted.
Alternation/Name change of registration is not accepted.
